In twenty years
from now, I will be about thrity seven years old. It would be my productive
time as a human being. I would probably be working in an office as a consultant
for a big company. I wish I did my dream job, as a mathematician, more
precisely as an actuaria officer. I always have passion in Mathematics because
in my opinion, Mathematics field is difficult and not many people like it so
there will be less people do it, and my chance of getting a job in mathematics
field will be open wide. And furthermore, working by using your brains is more
advantageous than working with your strength. In twenty years from now, there
will be more people available and jobs will be more scarce to find, so it needs
high education, experience and luck to find a good job.
To get a good job
as an actuaria officer, of course i have to go to study in a college in
mathematics department. I will study very diligently and do exercises very
diligently because the scores and grades will be the consideration for the
employers to set my salary high. The higher my scores, the higher my salary
will be. And i will enlarge my connection with my friends to get good links to
factories and industries because success in life is also determined by
connections, with other people, skills, education and luck.
To be successful
and to survive in the globalization era in about ten or twenty years more, it
needs more than hard work at the university. I believe i will need to pray to
God because i can live and survive because of God. Although people work very
hard and be smart, if we don't remember that God gives us life, it will be
useless. I will do my best and keep praying to God because i believe God is my only protector and provider. Without
God's giving me health, i will not be able to go to school, study or work. I
believe that praying is also an important thing to do to survive in
globalization time where things get worse. Only God who can give me strength
and joy inside my heart. I will be hopeful that i will pass it well with hard
work, starting from school until when i will be working in my dream job, and
also by praying to God more often than before.
As an actuaria
analyst i will work in the insurance industry use statistical models to analyze
data and calculate the probability of and costs associated with certain events,
such as product failure, accidents, property demage, injury, and death. I will
use the result to design and price insurance policies.
Globalization is the process of interaction and
integration between people, companies, and government worldwide. Globalization
exists because of the development of
technology, transportation, and communication. In the globalization
era, there will certainly be a lot of competitions and reces to earn a living
and to survive our selves and our family because time will be rough and only
people who are highly skillful and get high education in specific field.
In ten or twenty years, we all will face massive
globalization. Every country will face the effect of it. Every citizen who is
not capable of competing against each other will be left behind. People who are
lack of skills or who are not highly educated will find it hard to earn money
to fulfill their daily needs. I guess life will be tough when I grow up. Jobs
will be scarce to find because machines and robots will replace human
resources. Only people who are smart, highly educated, or lucky and have
entrepreneurships will survive. Factory workers or even bank tellers will be jobless
because machines and robots can replace people in such jobs.
In twenty years,
there will be less and less farmlands or paddy fields because as we can see
nowadays, a lot of rice fields have turned into housing blocks. Farmers sell
their farmlands because of many reasons, such as the climate change and drought
and the high cost of planting rice and crops. The farmers will choose to sell
their farmland and become factory workers because they feel that they will get
monthly salary. Its better than losing money to planting seeds but the crops
fail because of floods or draught. It will affect our food chain. There will be
lack of food for everyone. So I believe the price for food and meals will be
very expensive because the demand is high but the supply is low. Its because
nobody wants to be a farmer. They feel that a farmers job doesnt give dignity.
We can see that a lot of people, including me, will not choose farming job to
be a dream job. Many of city kids will choose office jobs or to be a
businessman rather than to be a farmer.
