Globalization is a process that thoroughly or world-where every person is not bound anymore by State or territorial boundariesor distances, meaning that each individual is able to connect and exchange information wherever and whenever it is through electronic media or print. Globalisation can make people closer or shorten the distance due to the ease of communication between countries in various areas such as information exchange and trade. Globalization also provides the impact on employment. Nowadays many people are having trouble finding jobs, this happens because of the increasingly tight competition, not only the local people from the same area, but with people around the world. As a result is the increase of people without job.

For 10 to 20 years to come, I'm going to survive in the competition world this tight,  armed with knowledge,which i will learn when in lectures later. I will continue the education in Japan, with a major in robotics. Why is it in Japan? One of the reasons I took this Department in Japan is because Japan is a country that is advanced with robotics. Indeed in Indonesia there are majors, but when I search more in Indonesia, the available jobs are still very little. Moreover, Robotics is the work done with research and experiment with not a small amout of money, and it cost a lot of time.

I plan to just take the S1 in Japan, because there people graduates can work more easily than those graduates of S2. The people of Japan assumed that they would have to pay morefor the S1 graduate than the S2 graduate people, therefore they prefer hiring people with a Bachelor's degree. My estimates, I will get a Bachelor's degree within 6 years more or less. Then I willget my experience from works there. I have confidence that with this knowledge I will able to survive in the real harsh world.

The reason I have the conviction that because Robotics itself has an important role and have an impact directly on the lives of human beings. It is proven with companies that have started using robots to replace human labor though not yet all. The companies choose to use robots as it is more effective, efficient and have a longer working age, despite having to pay high. But this is only done once at the beginning. In the coming years, it can be estimated that the power of the robot will replace human labor much more than now. This is beneficial for companies who use robots, the company that it generated, and those who master the field. Because of this I am sure will be my choice for a plunge in the field of robotics.

In 10 years time I will be someone who is expert in the field of Robotics and working on a company and occupies the position of the robot developers in Japan. Consider the fact that the technology of robots now have an expensive price and practically then that I would do as long as I was in that position I would focuses on the development of robotic. I will be making a variety of existing robots that become more practical, not only in terms of mobility but also in terms of their use and of course affordable in terms of cost in the general public.

So If i want to be accepted to work in a company, I have to improve my academic abilities. Not only that, I also have to improve the attitudes such as responsible, able to work in groups, creative, and innovative. These attitudes must be trained from now and from small things, that begins from a life/my daily habits. This is because companies now employ people not only of the person's abilities, but also consider the attitude which is owned by such person as the person's motivation, able to work in teams or not, creative and can dependable. The companiesalso consider theworker payments. surely they choose people who have high skills but alsois not too expensive.

For 20 years, once I get enough work experience in Japan, I will go back to Indonesia and build companies. I will create a company that examines developments in robot technology Indonesia and develop existing technology to the country – on a par with developed countries. Of course the company will team up with other companies both within and outside the country. Generally speaking this company will acts as an intermediary between companies in the nation with a foreign company. The company has a purpose, namely to advance the technology of Indonesia. This company will be different with the companies, because here will open an opportunity for the people of Indonesia worked mainly to reduce unemployment and hence, violence in Indonesia is estimated to be reduced. Indonesia-workerswith less or insufficient ability initially will often follow on training. This training is intended to equalize the ability of every worker. This training will be implemented with funds from the company and the energy coaches come from experts of other companies. The workers here will be bound to the contract. After the workers got the training, at a minimum they should be served on the company for 3 yearsas compensation but also so they can have experience.

I think global globalization can be viewed from two different sides, it's true this could threaten Indonesia from all fields. However, this can also be seen as a new challenge to Indonesia in order to be transformed into a developed Country. This can be done if we have souls continued to struggle, giving up, don't know and dare to get out of our comfort zone. The expectation, when no obstruction outside the perkiran, this can be realized and hopefully it can help Indonesia develop towards better.

If you ask me “What I want to do in the next 10 or 20 years?” my answer is I do not know. We do not know what is going on in 10 or 20 more years so we do not know exactly what are we going to do. No, more precisely I do not know what I am going to do since I do not have any plan for future. To tell the truth, even right now I do not know what I want to be in the future.

            But if you ask me “What I think about globalisation?” I think I like globalisation. Since globalisation can help people to improve our knowledge. Not just improved our knowledge but also other aspects in our life. For a country globalisation is very needed.

Globalisatiom can help us share information with other people or from other people. Globalisation also giving us an opportunity to access any information in the world, whether it is about past or present. People can create a new technology which can help to resolve the global problem. In social aspect it can help people to know other people in other parts of the world.

Since it gives us an opportunity to access any information, our chance to  improve education is very high. No wonder a lot of advance country  have managed to educate their people to become educated people. An educated people can be a very valuable asset to advance a country. An educated people have bigger chance to find work than people who are less educated. Globalisation makes advances country provide more jobs opportunities. And people from developing countries prefer to work in advances country rather than in other developing country. Beside that, people from advances country also prefer to provide work for people from developing counrty it is cost are cheaper. That is how globalisation can also reduce poverty in developing country.

Globalisation also affect the international market. Most of  successful emerging markets in developed countries are the results of the state owned industries. To make these industries to increase consumer demand, many of them are trying to expand their value to an international level. That is why right now there are many requests for goods in large quantities on international scale.

Globalisation also affect culture in a country. Today, many people imitate culture in the west and forget their own culture. They think western culture is cooler than their own culture even though their own culture must also be preserved so as not to become extinct. With the loss of culture of a country that means they lose a characteristic of their identity.

Globalisation also makes it easier for people to fulfill their needs. Because now there are many imported goods from other countries with an amount that is still affordable for many people. But it not only makes it easy for many people but also makes many people have a consumptive lifestyle.

Because of globalisation sometime International market prices increase without definite notification. Due to increase in competition,advance countries are forced to lower down their prices for their products, this is because other countries produce goods at a lower cost that makes goods to be cheaper than the ones produced in developed countries. So, in order for the advance countries to maintain their customers they are forced to reduce prices of their goods. This is a disadvantage to them because it reduces the ability to sustain social welfare in their countries.

Eventhough globalisation is a good thing it can also be a bad thing if you can not use it properly.

In the future I want to make this world into a more beautiful place with less problem. I want to give people an equal opportunity to achieve education in their own country or in other country. I also want to give adult who previously had the opportunity to study can get a decent education.

I hate any kind of discrimination since it prevent a person to achieve something they want in their life.  Because I don not like discrimination I also want to erase any kind of discrimination in this world. If I can not erase it, I want to make people who discriminated other people to suffer same pain the discriminated people feel.

I want to make this world into a better place where everyone can live equally. Equally does not mean to treating everyone the same, but treat them fairly as their needs. What I mean their needs is if there is a disabled people I don not want them to be discriminated but to treat them equally like other normal people but also pay attention for their special needs.

There are a lot of people in this world. There are poor people rich people white people black people and many other people. The people in the world are connected to each other. These people are connected by communication and interaction. There is no society without people. With this many people there will be a trade. The trade could be everything. It could be culture, natural resources, goods and other stuff. This trade will create connection between people. Connection has become a very vital thing to give an attention. In this modern world there will be no life without social media, there will be no life without interaction with outer world. We are living in the world where interaction with other people is as important as having a meal for a day. We can’t deny the power of social media because of the fact that people can’t live without looking at other activities. The interaction between people is usually involves goods and any economic stuff. This kind of interaction is called globalization. Globalization include everything that is come all around the world. Globalization have become a phenomenon that is very common right now. With nowadays condition globalization can occur easily. Communication is not a trouble right now because there are so many ways to reach people from the other part of the earth. Internet making everything easier. You can even buy a thing with a single tap in your gadget. The world is developing so fast. With this pace it not impossible that 10 or 15 years later globalization will become something that is very easy. Globalization will come at everyone whether they are ready or not. Everybody should be ready for globalization, because if we are not ready we will be drowned in the middle of progression and development.

The question right now is what will I do for the next 10 or 15 years facing the world with fast pace of globalization?

I have a several answer for the question, I will write down my plan for the future world that is full of globalization

The first thing is I want to be able to adapt with the condition of the world. Everybody want to get used to the things that is new, authentic and revolutionary. We don’t want to be considered as an old man that is not used to be something new, someone that is too old to understand what is happening in this world right now. I want to be a man that is understand the outer world culture, the new thing that is happening. I don’t want to drown in the middle of the change. I want to adapt to the global globalization. By saying to adapt I want to be the part of global globalization, I want to be a pioneer in the process. I want to take advantage of this process. I want to become a successful man in the globalization era. Everything that happened will be known globally, so it is an opportunity to introduce my own thing, our own thing.

The second is I want to introduce our country to the world and I don’t want to let my own country culture forgotten. In our country globalization mostly went one way. By saying one way I mean in Indonesia most of the people use the globalization only for taking the other countries culture and goods. Rarely people in Indonesia take the globalization as an opportunity to introduce their authentic stuff, the culture, the art from Indonesia. This kind of situation making our own country in the middle of a crisis. The culture from the other country makes us forget about who we really are. We usually adopt the culture from the other country just because it is so popular in that country. We’ve adopted to many other country cultures that make our culture fade and if we don’t care about our own culture our own culture will be forgotten and finally disappear. I should be able to adopt outer culture and keep maintaining my own country culture, I won’t forget everything that is trusted to me from my ancestor. I want to be able to maintain the culture from generations to generations. I want to teach the next generation our own culture, the real identity of us.

The third is I want to make the global globalization as an opportunity. I don’t want to be a person that is only taking the outer culture and goods. I want to be that guy that can use the opportunity efficiently. I want to use the chance, I want to be the one that is come with something new, revolutionary. If I use the opportunity I can the guy that has the advantage, not just a guy that is just following from behind. I want to be a pioneer, the guy that is working good with globalization.

What would you do in 10 or 20 more years to deal with the global "globalization"?

Inevitably globalization has begun to spread to all corners of the world, which once originated from the number one country in the world to reach developing countries in the world. Globalization can be a two-sided blade for the people in the world. For those who think that globalization is something that needs to be positively responsed, it will be very beneficial, unlike the case with those who respond to globalization indifferently, it will be greatly disadvantaged.
In the next 10-20 years, of course as young people who support the development of the nation must think about how to deal with global globalization and imply in social life innovations that can be used to build our nation. Next, I will describe the innovations that came to my mind.
First, we discuss from a problem, the problem that I will review about the education and mindset. There are still many people who rely on grades and diplomas for a certain position. It doesn’t wrong grade the people by it score but will feel less appropriate because in fact in the era of globalization that will globalize later the main ability needed is how it can imply the knowledge that he gets during school with many people so that it can be useful for many people. And what he has learned will be useless if only used for personal gain. Also, the human mindset in general is learning to get positions and suitable jobs and then get paid every month. Actually, there is no harm in thoughts like that but what will happen to this world if everyone thinks like that. Then, there will be a lot of unemployment everywhere. The mindset above only teaches us to be human beings who depend on others.
We also take for example the uneven distribution of human resources in Indonesia, for example in the field of medicine where there are a large number of graduates from this department while when compared with less well-known majors such as agriculture which is only considered by most people. But actually, this expert in the field that is not noticed will be very necessary. Not only there, but even some people who succeeded in graduating in quite popular fields will also find it difficult to find work because of limited employment. Therefore I dreamed that education in Indonesia would begin to be fixed so that the quality of human resources would be formed and able to compete with the globalized world of globalization later.
Another problem that needs to be highlighted is cultural issues. In the next 10-20 years, many of our cultures will be eroded by Western culture. Even worse, maybe our culture will be taken and acquired by neighboring countries. Therefore we as the nation's next generation must renew Indonesian cultures. In addition, we must develop also in various other sectors because in my opinion a culture can be recognized by other nations be equal with the achievements made by the country. I dream of where our culture can make a major force that can be a selling point for other countries.
Besides that problem must be corrected, we as a young generation must also be able to live up to the times that change over time. Our country is a country that is included in the lagging category in the field of science and technology. Though this is a basic key for us to penetrate into the real world of globalization. Why is that? Because the superiority of globalization itself is that it can accelerate everything with the help of technology so that we inevitably have to catch up with us in using technology. In its development, it will also be expected that technology upgrades will continue where existing technology is not stagnant at that point but will be renewed with new discoveries that will further facilitate the lives of humanity later. I also dream of a cusp of change with technology where everything is digital so that humans may don’t need to do anything to get something. If this can happen maybe humans can live very comfortably and prosperously. There are no more problems in this world.
Apart from that, all developments in globalization cannot be separated from the power of God Almighty. The problem here is when everyone has gotten worldly satisfaction so they forget to thank the Almighty creator. This may happen later, because of that in developing knowledge it needs to be balanced with strong spiritual teachings as the foundation of human beings as Almighty creatures. Also, I would like to emphasize to everyone that life in this world is only a temporal temptation that God gives us so that as human beings are right and proper for us to have a mindset that explains that as long as we live we are aiming to save goodness for a more eternal life.

         What should i do in 10 or 20 more years to face the globalisation? Before i talk about what i will do in 10 more years to face the globalisation i want to explain you about globalisation and how it start, no one should be surprised that there has been a backlash to globalization, given the scale of disruption that has resulted from more interconnected economies. What is surprising is that it has arrived now.

Globalisation is the process of interaction and integration between people, companies, contries, and other organisation in worldwide. Globalisation is start in colonial period when the europian country start to travel over the world, the first person who has traveled around the world is Ferdinand Magellan. This interconnectedness is sometimes also referred to as the ‘global village’ where borders and distance become less relevant and the world, figuratively, a smaller place. Developing an understanding of globalisation, what’s driving it, and its impacts can provide students with critical insights into the social, cultural and political consequences of economic integration and communication technologies. Assessing the costs and benefits of globalisation, both for themselves and for others living thousands of miles away can help them build their critical thinking skills. This provides an interesting ethical, as well as analytical, dimension to the study of globalisation.

We live in a globalised world, but what does this raally mean? Put simply, globalisation is the process of our increasing interdependence on each other across the world, for what we buy, our culture and even our beliefs. While globalisation is not a new process, it has sped up since 1945, and is having many effects on how we live, the environment, governments, economic development and human well-being around the world.

I claim no expertise in how we should be educating our children for the technological state of the world they will face when they graduate, but I am fairly certain we’re currently getting it wrong. Most schools still resemble factories for turning children into expensive and not very good computers. One obvious and much discussed improvement would be teaching more coding – something we struggle with, partly because we don’t have enough teachers with the necessary skills. Another improvement would be to help children develop the human skills that machines seem furthest away from mastering, such as creativity in problem solving.

Every region is different in terms of what jobs it could create, and the kind of education it needs, which brings me to the final priority: giving local levels of government more power. If education policy is being set by a bureaucrat in a distant city, it can’t reasonably be expected to equip students with the appropriate skills for the local economy.

There’s no good things or bad things in this world it just a matter of perspective, just like globalisation some people think its a bad influence some think its a good influence, it just about how you see it, if you want to see the good things then globalisation is good, if you see the bad things then globalisation is bad. We can’t run from globalisation, either you wanted it or you dont, we can run from globalisation for ever, in the end we will face it. What i want to do to face the globalisation is i want to prepare my self, learn to accept the truth of reality, because however reality isn’s as good as we think it is, it can be cruel but it can be nice at the same time, once again it just a matter of perspective, there's always good in bad. We have to learn, adapt, and overcome, not being mad because we can’t deal with something.

The disadvantages of globalisation is Increase in employment opportunities: As globalization increases, more and more companies are setting up businesses in other countries. This in turn increases the employment opportunities that people atone place have. People can get better jobs without having to move to other countries in search of better jobs. Today, many multinational companies such as Microsoft, Google and Toyota etc. have their offices in India and many Indians work for these companies in India. Without globalization, Indian people would not have had the opportunity to work for such companies in India. Education: With the increase in globalization, it has become easier for people to move across borders to different parts of the world to acquire better education. This has resulted in an integration of cultures. People from underdeveloped and developing countries often move to developed countries to get better education. More and more Indian students are traveling to countries like the UK or the USA to pursue higher education. This has also opened their cultures towards the Indian culture to some extent.

By  learning how to face the reality it will make my mentallity become stronger the stronger your mentallity the better your preparation is, because in the reality you will face something that you will never expect before, no matter how good you are at theory the reality is always a different thing. Like old japanese proverb “When you step beyond your own gate, you will face a millions of enemy”, from what i learn do not easly believe to a strangers, new friend, or whoever he or she is, because in the end people will think about himself, there's so many back stabber, betrayal, and if you still want to believe someone do not be mad if in the and he or she will betray you, because wise man do not get mad for what he had decided, wise man will learn for mistake that been made by him.

What will I do in the next 10 or 20 more years to face the globalisation? In the process of globalisation, the world changes. The world that we will live soon will not be the same as the world that we are living now. Many things will change, the social life, the education, the economy, the political system, and the most changing one, the technology. These changes, sadly or luckily, force us to do something that hopefully can help us to survive from the “world changing”. And what I will choose to do to face the globalisation is to do an “Adaptation”.

We, as human that is created to be the first owner of the earth, can not just stay there and watch our world changes. When our world changes, then we should make a change too. Like the organism, plants and animals that are doing adaptation to survive its environment, which is always changing too, and so we are. Actually, we have done the adaptation in our life, and then the adaptation continues, and without us realizing, we are doing the adaptation, big or little, now.

But what I wanna do in the next 10 or 20 more years to face the globalisation is not just doing those “little” and “usual” adaptations. No way. The world is changing faster and faster. Everyone in this world can do such a little adaptation. What I mean here is to prepare myself to make a big change too, because the world is not waiting for us anymore. The world is changing from a little to giant, from the normal to insane, from the simple to the any complicated thing we have never known before.  So, I tell myself not to be afraid of the changes, but to tell the world “Dare me, world!”. But, before telling the world to dare me, of course I should make a great preparation.

The first thing to be well prepared is my own mentality, mentality to do an adaptation. Mentality is needed to do the adaptation. When the world changes, is my mentality strong enough to face the changes? Or my mentality is just too broke and I will ended up choosing to end my life before my time? Do I already have a unbreakable mentality to adapt in my own environment? The trouble is, we think we have time. It is super great to have some fun in our young age, because this teenage age will never happen twice. But sometimes, we need ourselves to walk through blazing fire, so we can come forth as gold. So in this young age, if I meet the blazing fire,  I won’t run away thinking that all of my happy time will diseappear. I want to adapt and strenghten my mentality, so I can come forth as gold, or maybe the stronger one, titanium. I won’t spoil myself with “always having fun”, I will accept those ordeals of life, those blazing fire. I will challenge myself to be a better me, a better mentality. So one day, when the crazy developed world hits me down, I will be strong enough to rise up and try again.

The second thing to be well prepared is my skill in language. I called this as “Adaptation in language”.  The world becomes global, communication should be developed well, and language will be needed everywhere. So, get hungry about languages. Get educated, take some language courses, take seriously every language class in school.

And the third thing that I want to prepare well is my skill in technology. Globalisation turns the world into the “Technology World”. In the world full of technology, I can not just be a basic one. I will do the adaptation in technology. Learn  more and more about the technology, not being afraid of the changes. Maybe it will be hard, but I will always remember to stop doubting myself, work hard and make it happen. “Work hard on everything that you do.” – said me to myself.

And now to make my words come true, I choose to take Animation and Visual Effect in Germany. Hopefully, my choice can realize those three things I have written before. Going abroad and studying technology in film, which is my hobby instead, challenge me a lot. I am sure that there will be so much “blazing fire” that I should get through there. There will be so many ups and downs in my life and it does not scare me, it dares me a lot. Can I get through everything well? How far can I walk?  I hope that going abroad can build my mentality, and when the difficulties in life come to me, I won’t run away.

And then, going abroad will challenge me to use languages. I’ve already learned Indonesian my whole life, and English and Chinese for about 12 years. And going to Germany will make me learning new languages. It will be pretty good since Germany is one of the top spoken language in the world too.

Being an animator and editor in visual effect forces me to study the technology. Not many people will study this and what I want to do is to develope the film technology in Indonesia someday. I want to master the technology, so Indonesian movie will use technology well for their movies.

I hope that my thoughts about adaptation can help me to survive the global globalisation, and not just survive, but can bring me as a successful person!

Globalisation is an proses that going to the world. We can’t avoid from globalisation, our life will be effected by globalisation. Globalization comes along with the rapid pace of the development of science. Globalisation influence various aspect from communication and information technology, economy, social, culture, language, and more. Globalisation field that influence the most now is economy field. Now, the world community is talking about a free market that has recently been viral. Globalisation that effect communication and information technology increasingly growth quicker than our guess. We can receive information from everywhere around the world. For example, development of electronic device like television that become a multifungsion device that be equipped access to communication and multimedia.

Globalisation bring both positive and negatif impact to our life. In every aspect that influence by the flow of globalisation, always show both of the impact, even the positive or the negative one. Then, what should the government and we as the citizen do for face and respon to every impact of globalisation?

Of course there is a reason and  support that make the globalisation era can happen now. The first is the development of technology and information. The development of communication and information technology that impact to how easy money transaction around the world. Nowdays, there is a lot of technology development that effect the finance transaction that can make it easy to do any transaction not only for this country but you can make transaction with people who live in another country. Now, technology is going better and take is sooperation from another peple

In 10 and 20 years ahead, we must ready to face the globalisation that truly happen around the world. In order to face this kind of globalisation we must open our mind to the technology that has been found. We also have to limit the use of technology in our life. We should sort out the information technology like a social media.

The second is a lot of cooperation to another country in the world. There is a cooperation from many country that have their own unique culture. They can bring their culture out to their country and show it to the world. Their culture can increasingly get very popular around the world. This culture can be addopted by any country who need it. Some of the culture maybe can’t be receive by amount of country in the world.

In order to sort which culture that approve to enter Indonesia, we must know and understand what culture can we adopted.  We must sort of the foreign culture that suitable with norm, and religious beliefs. Every foreign culture must suitable with the local culture. We must understand the national values and our “pancasila” very well.

The third is an open economy. An open economy is an economy in which there are economic activities between the domestic community and outside. Globalisation era also happen because amount of country in the world start very free about the economy field, so global trade also receive that cause various kind of product exchange from one place to another place. From the product that get into the current country also including culture from another country that influence culture in their own country. Then the last, globalization era also pushed because money market nowdays has very popular who get the finance transaction of one country get bigger than before.

Basically all cause of globalization era is  because economy activity between countries that more open so that make it easy countries in the world to interact with each other, establish cooperation in various field that cause the entry of new cultures, new knowledge, and the new thing from other country.

So as not to have an negative impact for a country then globalization should be supported with senses to conserve and love own culture. We can show our culture to the world in order to introduce a country to get recognition from another country in the world.

In 10 or 20 years ahead globalization maybe can completed change the human race. Information can spread easily via internet. Because of globalization internet become a God, we can find anything we don’t know in internet. There is no limit we have when we access the internet. Many of human task can be done with a short time because we get help from the internet. Our life become more static and instan. We must avoid this impact as we can, because this kind of life is unhealthy.

We must make use of what globalization was done. Because of globalization we can get acquainted people from around the world. We can make relationship with other people not just Indonesian, we can meet an Japanese,Korean and many other. In 10 or 20 years ahead we can get job everywhere around the world because of globalization, job opening everywhere.

Maybe that’s what I can do to deal with globalization in 10 or 20 years ahead.

Before knowing my plan for the next 10 or 20 years, we must know what is globalization?. "Globalization" consists of two words, "global" which means “the world” and "lization" which means the process, so globalization is a global process. According to experts, among them is Anthony Giddens who mentions that globalization is a global social relationship which is then connected to each other so that the events from different places can also affect other places. Unlike in the past, to get news from other parts of the world, it can take approximately a month. In addition, according to Malcom Waters, globalization makes geographical and cultural boundaries become vague in one's mind because everything becomes one. The biggest cause of globalization is the rapid development of technology. Many people have not been able to adjust to this rapid technological development and many of people are misusing technological developments too. So that globalization has a positive and also negative impact. The positive impact is to facilitate the public in everything such as the mae it easy of finding information and knowledge, ease of communication and transportation. The negative impact is culture of other countries are easy to enter and influence the value of local culture, the fading sense of socialization, and increase crime.

Globalization will continue as the years increase. The challenges for society will be even heavier. These challenges can be in the form of swollen elderly population and lack of young generation, city cities lost due to rising water levels and the many buildings that eliminate the entire city, the evolution of social media, the presence of artificial intelligence (AI domination), reduced resources, to settling on another planet.
To face these challenges, we must prepare ourselves from now on especially for the younger generation who will face the world crisis later. Indonesia includes countries that are not ready to face globalization. I think this unpreparedness is due to lack of education in Indonesia. This can cause people to be poorly trained to think logic and rationally.

As a young generation, to face this challenge, I must begin to become a young generation that can face the challenges of globalization and turn the Indonesia into a more advanced nation. I have ordered by my parents starting from sending me to school. I have been to school for almost 12 years and will go to unversity, study and explore things that I like and benefit others. I choose major in dermal science, studing about skin health and included in the beauty care category. We can know that in this era of globalization there are many women and men who attach great importance to their appearance, face and skin, including one of them. However, many of them choose alternative treatments because of cheaper prices, without knowing the dangers that will be experienced. People who are only selfish and do not care for others who fool people with dangerous cheap care. Therefore I want people to know what is good and bad.

To study skin health, I chose to study abroad because education was more advanced than in Indonesia. Although I will study abroad, I will introduce several Indonesian cultures, so that Indonesian culture can also be known to the world community. After I finished school abroad and got enough knowledge about skin health, I will return to Indonesia. My plan is to open my own clinic, which can also open up new jobs for the Indonesian people. Then I also want to offer a course so that Indonesian people can get knowledge too, without having to spend a lot of money. I hope this can help the advancement of education in Indonesia.

I also hope I can make my own cosmetic products. Today, the cosmetic market is in great demand. I hope my product can be known to the public and can be sent abroad, so that at least I can help raise Indonesian currency a little. I will follow currently developments, including technological developments, otherwise I will left behind and not be able to develop because globalization never stops.

Besides being a successful woman, I also want to be a mother who is successful in educating children. In the next 20 years, maybe I already have a family. I want to teach my child Indonesian culture and educate my children to be the next generation who will face the challenges of the next globalization. I also want to teach how to use technology today so that it is not misused, because we cannot be separated from technology, so the only way is not to avoid children from technology, but to teach them how to use tecnologi good and right.

To be a success like my dream, it takes hard work and strong desire. I also certainly need a lot of support from my parents and friends. And the most important thing is God. Never forget God!. I hope this plan can be realized within 10 to 20 years. Besides being able to advance the nation and be able to face the challenges of globalization, I also want to make proud of people I know, especially my parents.

What would i do in 10-20 more years about "Globalisation"

The next 10 until 20 years can be estimated that the globalization of technology will increasing rapidly. This can cause employment to become narrower. It is also estimated that people from outside our country can work in Indonesia. So that the competition of people in the country and people abroad becomes increasingly fierce. Therefore, there are several ways that I might be able to do so in order to keep up with the competition that will occur in the next 10 to 20 years.

Globalisation is a process of international integration that occurs because of the exchange of world views, thoughts and aspects of culture. In my opinion effect of globalisation divide into two sides. First is a positive impact and two is the negative impact. The positive impact can be grouped into several things. Globalisation will cause the work ethic increase and will produce people who like to work hard because they are stuck by the situation or the people who like to work. The level of life will get better. Can get a lot of capital with better technology. Globalization will also expand the trade market. Globalisation can also improve transportation.

Not only the positive impact that came in but the negative impact also entered. There will be more and more foreign cultures enter the country. Globalisation also causes the fading out of the spirit of nationalism of solidarity including caring for others. The increasing number of smuggling events due to the wider free trade market. Globalisation will cause a lot of damage including increased pollution due to industrial waste. Many people will be selfish.

The first thing that I think about when I hear about the situation that will occur in the next 10 to 20 years is to increase creativity. Because by increasing creativity we can have greater job opportunities. Why do we need creativity? Creativity is needed so that we can continue to innovate so that it is not replaced by technology. Given that technology can replace human work well, technology cannot create something that is more attractive and more innovative.

The second thing I imagine is the easier work and all activities. This will cause some people to just sit, eat, bathe and sleep. Automatically will cause most people to experience an unhealthy lifestyle. So I will continue to exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I will also study harder, because with study hard i will have better opportunities in free competition through free learning that happens 10 to 20 years into the future.

Not only free competition that I will overcome. I will also maintain the spirit of nationalism with run a flag ceremony regularly. I will still love domestic products and try to improve the quality of goods and services in the country so that they are not inferior to foreign products.

In the next 10 to 20 years it can be estimated that with the entry of foreigners people into our country and we must learn the foreign language in order to facilitate communication between people. Because if we don't learn their language we will find it difficult to establish relationships or form cooperation with them.

Maybe the thing I will do is to keep up with the times due to globalisation but not be included in it so that it doesn't drift away from the bad influences of outside culture. Because if I or we are too rigid to keep some old habit we will be out of date as time goes by. I will also maintain mutual respect among fellow human beings because by maintaining that attitude many people will hate us. I also will not waste money on unnecessary things. Because we will not know what is waiting ahead. So, when we need money for example when we are sick and need treatment we can use our money to heal ourselves.      Globalization is the process by which the world run into a change in the order of life that forms a new and comprehensive system. Changes that occur in the era of globalization relate to various aspects such as socio-cultural, economic, political, and others. Responding to the change process, it is necessary to have an adjustment in each community so that they can follow these changes. Impacts that occur due to globalization can be positive and negative so that people must be smart in choosing and determining the actions to be taken in the future. This process of change has begun to occur from now on so that the community, especially the younger generation must be ready to face any changes.

     A development of the world due to globalization is accompanied by the development of increasingly advanced technology and industry. As a result of these developments in the future people who are experts in application and not theoretical about technology are needed to solve real problems. Challenges that will be faced require life skills in order to survive in the process of globalization. Life skills that become demands in the future are critical thinking about something, hard work, creative, easy to adapt to the independence that must be owned by young generation.

     I as a young generation including "generation Z" who live with technological superiority that continues to grow must follow that. Progress has taken place from the beginning of Indonesia's independence until now such as an open economic system until international relations are increasingly brought in between countries making the boundaries between each country increasingly narrow. The limitation that began to disappear was caused by the development of electronics such as cellphones that made people feel far closer to doing video calls, telephones, chat, and others. In the world of education, electronic devices are also used to conduct learning methods so learning is easier because they do not have to do face to face but only through electronic devices. But there are also a variety of negative effects caused such as reduced interaction between communities because everyone is busy with electronic devices or gadgets they have. Another effect is also the erosion of Indonesian cultures due to the ease with which Western cultures enter so that people begin to leave their own culture and get used to western culture. Another consequence is the increasing number of criminal acts due to relationships through social media or creating hoaks that deceive many people. Therefore changes due to globalization cannot be accepted raw but must be well chosen.

     To be able to support a person's level of competitiveness in the world today or 10 to 20 years ahead, many life skills are needed. In my opinion, the main point of development in the future is the progress technological develop. That makes me need to increase knowledge of developing technology and start learning to apply to the real world. Changes that everyone worries about are that robots will replace everyone in the industrial world so that the absorption of human labor to work will be less. But there is an opportunity to keep working in a world that is as sophisticated as it takes people who can manage existing robots. To be able to regulate it is necessary to understand the use of technology and how it can work more efficiently. Therefore technological developments must be followed from now on and continue to adjust so that in the future everyone can compete with increasing competitiveness.

     The second process needed to be able to compete is to have broad information and relationships. I consider this skill as one of the keys to being able to compete. This is because in the future it will take smart people and know a broad knowledge to solve unresolved problems. Global relationships due to globalization are useful for exchanging information so that everyone knows things that we did not know before. With a broad relationship we can be helped if you experience a difficulty such as getting a job with the help of friends or the internet that we use to provide and exchange information to find out new things. In this case we also have to play an active role so that we do not become people who follow developments but become people who participate and make progress.

     The next point that becomes an important skill is creative, willing to compete, and hard work. The effect of globalization that is felt from now on is the lack of a person's creative level to create new things or renew old things so that a job or process can be more efficient. Willingness to work is also very necessary with the high competitiveness so that everyone is required to be high to be able to compete with everyone not only in Indonesia but all countries because of the future of global competition. From now to the next 10 years there are still people who work hard because competition is getting tighter. The hard work shown can be in the form of punctuality, responsibility, discipline and others that support a person to work well and produce a good thing. Globalization is a ‘little changes’ that will affect the world. Of course isn’t a little changes in general definition. Globalization is a thing that ‘global’ people can’t stop. So many form of globalization. For example, the technology has developed very rapidly. Globalization has many various meaning and can be used with many way or terms.  At the ancient time, people make a weapon with form stones into a multifunction tools. Along with the times, people can make a weapon without many people. Modern people will use a ‘machine’ that will make something with one time settings.The ancient time people can go anywhere without wearing clothes. Now, people are starting to realize that they need to wear clothes while traveling everywhere. It’s also about how shame grows with the time. At ancient time too, the people who catch influenza can be dead immediately. Because at that time, there were no doctors who could cure.

Globalization have a many positive effects. The past people are doing ‘everything’ manually, now we are moving into ‘machine industry’. The machine industry has a positive and negative effect. For example, machine makes life so easy and practical. Of course it will save your time. Efficiency power is the most profitable things for a big industry. Industry can reduce production costs and raise prices as well as increasing the selling profits.

But, so many negative affect that caused by ‘machine industry’. Recently, the biggest affect is many jobs change into ‘machine’. At the past, the Human Resources Departemen (HRD) requires many people to recruit employees. But now, only jobs that ‘really’ need people will search a good people to work on it.

The globalization doesn’t  always think about ‘how about negative impact?’ or ‘how about positive impact?’. Many people think that globalization is how about people ‘mind set’ in this global ‘globalization’. As the time goes by, all over the jobs can be done using  ‘machine’ and it’s a general things. So, many questions,  arise like ‘how can i do have a job?’ ‘can i have a job in the future?’ ‘how many jobs are left at my time to work?’. That mind-set is called ‘prejudice’. The first things that indicate global ‘globalization’ is adaptation. A lot of ‘changes’ can appear instantly.  When we wink, one seed of changes has been created at that time.

The important things of globalization is ‘humanity’. In the ‘globalization’ era, many people individualistic and didn’t notice how the circumstances going around them. It’s back again to how people responds towards  this dynamic situation. The perfect technology will lead people to humans who rarely communicate with one another.

Globalization will bring back ‘the culture of regions’ that have been left behind. Modern people will bored and looking for new things to learn. Many kinds of culture that will be known in the international event. People will search and learn more about what interests them.

So on the ten or twenty years in the future, i want to have ‘twenty soft skills’ that will get me into the global ‘globalization’ people. Many people will lost their job, but i want to create a ‘job’ for many people all around the world. Of course it will use a technology, because technology can’t be avoided in that era. If we want to work, we must have a ‘work ethic’. At the future, we must have a self-confidence. If you don’t have it, it will make you stuck at the same places. Self confidence is related to flexibility and organization too. If you can ‘communicate’ well, you can have a high self confidence and of course it make you flexible (you can do individual jobs or team work). Leadership are important as self confidence. If you have lots of knowledge, you are able to lead your team into good work.

Also, protect myself and people around me from the negative effect of globalization. Look at now, how many negative effect appear by the time. Many ‘cyber bullying’  causes death for some people. Even though it’s only ‘verbal things’ and we don’t know who is it. A lot of data abuse is also done by irresponsible people. Modern people didn’t think how it will affect to his or her life. And now, many people can indirectly do ‘harassment’ to people he doesn’t even know. So many negative effect now, and it will certainly increase.

I will be a wise technology-user. I will use that technology to update the latest political world news. Open a consulting service with an application and do that without a place. I want to create a web for the political world and everyone can search for information there. It would be nice if it can be very helpful. I want to be a criminologist who can solve all the problems and give a satisfying result.

Globalisation is simply the process of interaction and integration between people, companies, and people across the globe. Globalisation has grown due to advances in transportation and communication technology. Globalisation is an economic concept that works by easing the movement of goods and people across borders. So this means that all trade and markets get integrated and barriers get minimized or even eliminated.

One of the effect of globalisation is global market. Surely this global market will create a competition between all companies around the world. Not only for companies, but for people too. The global market makes companies to be the best and give their best to compete with the others. Therefore, many companies will only hire the best people to be their employee.

Along with this global “globalisation” process, i have to grow along and trying to keep up with this development. The reason is because if i dont grow along with this globalisation process, i will be left behind the other competitors. In this globalisation era, i onlyhave two choices. That are i have to get  job or i have to create a job. if i want to get a proper job, i have to be better than the others. And if i want to create a job, then i have to be creative. I have to think out of the box so that i will not be defeated by the technology advances.

I can see that in this era, techonology is growing very fast. I cant imagine how terrible is the competition in 10 or 20 more years. Maybe most of companies or factories will use robots to make their product. All of this scenario makes me think about my future and what do i want to be. Im trying to think about what subject that i will take in the college that will be useful for me in 5 more years. Im trying to find my best potential and combine it with my passion and then consider it with the work prospect.

So, to survive in this globalisation era, i need a few things. The first thing is an objective. I have to have a goal about what i want and how i want it. If i already know it, then i can be dedicated and try to achive it. I will choose something that i am good at it and something that i like. Because if i like it and i am good at it, then i will enjoy every process that it takes. Therefore, i can explore my potential limit and be the best that i can. For the implementation, from now, im starting to explore my potential and explore what subject that i like. Then after i already know what is my potential and the subject, im starting to develop it. However, an objective have to be followed by dedication. If its not, i will easily give up and ended up to be unsuccesful.

The second thing is to be creative. In 10 or 20 more years, everything will be really sophisticated. I have to do something that cant be replaced by any robots or machine. Therefore, i need to be creative. I am trying to find unique job that i can do. Thats why im trying to be realistic about my college subject that im going to take. Im planning on to take a subject that can covers a wide range of job. A subject that can be combined with my skills and then i will develop it. In the reality, it will never be the same with my expectations. Thats why i feel that i need to be creative to face the globalisation era that comes with a lot of competitions. Because if im not creative, then i wouldnt have difference between me and the other people.

The third thing is relation. Relation can be achieved with a good communication skill. In the globalisation era, i am not only going to communicate with the people from my country, but also from different country. Because the development in the transportation and technology have eases everything in any aspects of life. Like what i said before, the globalisation makes a global market. Which is means a market that includes all of the people around the world. Not just big companies, but also many people. Big companies will make their branches in another country around the world. This thing makes the competition getting wider and wider because we are not only going to compete with competitors from our own country, but from the other country as well. This is why communication skills is so important in this globalisation era. To manage this, im trying to improve my skill language in english and chinese. So far, english has been the main language in the world. But along with the development, chinese will also be the main language in the world. For my communication skill, im learning it from many task at school such as team work. I can learn to speak up my opinion, accept different opinions, work in a team, etc. From a good communication skill, then i can improve my relation and makes friends with many people. Not only with the people that is around my age, but also with people that is older or younger than me. Im also trying to make relations with people from the different country or society.

To face the era of globalisation, i need to grow along with the development in order not to left behind by the advances of technology and also people. The era of globalisation surely will make many clever and brilliant competitors because of the effect of world’s developments. Beside that, many of the people job can be replaced by the technology that is developing so fast. To keep up with that, i have to have my own speciality amd characteristic that makes me able to survive in the sophisticated world in 10 or 20 more years. Therefore, i need to have an objective, i will learn to be creative, i need to have a good relation and good communication skill, and i need to have dedication. 

What Would I Do in 10 or 20 More Years to Deal With the Global Globalisation? (XII-A6/30)

What is global globalisation? Global Globalisation is a process caused by the exchange of thoughts, vision, cultural aspects and others. The main factor that caused globalisation is development of infrastructures, transportations, and also the technologies, like internet. All of them can create a serious matters if we don’t know how to exploit it well. As an example, the development of internet makes our life become easier. If we get some problems, like homework, we don’t bother to look for some solutions and finish it. We can find the solution easily just by the internet. For developed countries, internet has became a part of their lives. How about the developing countries? Not all of its inhabitants know about the internet.

I had a dream to transform developing countries into a developed country. I knew it is a very silly idea, but there is no harm to dream big. So I will start the transforming process from my country, Indonesia. After graduated from Senior High School, I had a plan to continue my study at Bandung Institute of Technology, and I would continue my study at Department of Electrical Engineering. Why I choose electrical engineering? Yeah, because the world had turned into a digital world, that need electricity every time. Without electricity, big industries and big factories can’t carry out their business.

Not quite up there, after I graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology, I want to continue my study abroad. In my plan, I want to continue my study at Technische Universität München, in Germany. I want to continue my study there because I know that Germany is good at field of technic, and I want to continue my study at the Department of Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering. Why I choose robotics engineering? Because I think we have entered era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 where every jobs need some helping tools and devices to make our activities, jobs, and works become easier. One of the devices that can make our life easier is robot. Sophisticated robot is needed by big industries, because it can help them to make every jobs more simple, and robot can’t be exhausted like humans.

After graduated from Technische Universität München, I don’t continue my study first. I will looking for a job in Germany and I want to do some research, to solve many problems in Indonesia. I want to do my research with making some tools that can be applied in the big industries and big factories in Indonesia. I will bring Indonesia to become a industrial and futuristic country. I will spend my knowledge to build up Indonesia into a developed country. And I want to start the 5.0 Industrial Revolution in Indonesia although it is hard to do. So I must work hard and study hard to make my dream come true.

Not quite there, in the era of globalisation, the Rupiah exchange rate are decreased. The decreasing of Rupiah are caused by lack of exports and slow economic growth. There are many ways to increase the exchange rate of Rupiah. The government can increase the exports activity that can increase the exchange rate of Rupiah too. There are also many ways to solve the slow economic growth. I think the government should improve the quality of education for all inhabitants, especially for inhabitants who were less able to (poor inhabitants). With the improvement of the quality of education, people will be educated and smart, so they can participate to build up Indonesia. In addition, the government also should encourage peoples to work, so it can resolve unemployment. It also can be done by providing jobs.

     In the era of globalisation, we also need communication skills. Why do we need communication skills? Because communication skills development has always been an important factor of success in business. No longer can entrepreneurs afford to simply communicate well within their own homogenous cultures. Understanding the impact of globalisation on each of these factors can help you to select the most useful communication skills development programs for yourself or your employees. Without any communication, we don’t get any information well. Whereas, the globalisation demands us to communicate with other people to exchange thoughts and vision. The exchanging of thoughts and vision can increase our knowledge, and with our knowledge we can participate to build up our country.

Not only that, in the era of globalisation, we also need to build the network with other people. With network, we can do our jobs easily. Our jobs will become easier because people in our network always there every time to help us. Any matter will be solved together. So, we don’t have to think it too much that can make us stressed.
