What will I do in the next ten or twenty years is trying to follow and balance the rapid development of the times caused by this era of globalization. Everyone must know that globalization is a phenomenon that cannot be avoided. Globalization comes along with the rapid pace of the development of science. Globalization affects various aspects, ranging from communication and information technology, economics, social, culture, language, and many others. In my opinion, the era of globalization is a very rapid development both in various fields, especially in the field of technology. In my opinion, in this era of globalization, it certainly has several positive impacts which are also followed by various negative impacts.

The positive impact of globalization that we can get is that we can easily search for something with a single typing, and also with super-sophisticated technology, there is a lot of world information that can enter or we can know quickly. The era of globalization can also enable major changes in our patterns of life, for example in the way of work: we will be increasingly active in utilizing, planting, and deepening the capacity of individuals and we certainly want to display human values ​​and cultural identity. In addition to these positive impacts there are negative impacts that we can certainly feel and we cannot avoid. First, seeping culture from developed countries (as suppliers of information) to developing countries. The permeation of culture is not impossible to have an impact on developing countries' cultural dependence on developed countries. The effort that I might be able to do to deal with the era of globalization in everyday life is by loving domestic products. Loving domestic products is a small example of attitudes that we can develop and do to avoid excessive Western-style lifestyles from this era of globalization. And also in my opinion to deal with globalization and cultural diversity, everyone must be able to filter foreign culture in accordance with local culture so that in the era of globalization local culture still exists and is not replaced by foreign culture. Often teenagers always follow western cultural trends, such as how to dress, attitudes, daily life, and much more.

And what I will definitely do next ten years is to finish my college and I also want to graduate from college on time and have satisfying value. I want to study in department of medical. In my opinion doctors can be said to be one of the most desirable professions. The doctor is also someone who because of his scholarship tries to cure a sick person. It is a dream for every parent to be able to lecture their children in medical school. How not, the medical profession is often identified with the noble work of healing sick people. If you or your parents suffer from illness, even severe pain, we will be very grateful and might be amazed by the doctor who has done his job. In addition, there is no denying that doctors are synonymous with big income and luxury life. Maybe that's the biggest factor that drives many people to study medicine. But not everyone who cure disease can be called a doctor. To become a doctor usually requires special education and training and has a degree in medicine. In my opinion, hospitals in Indonesia have not been able to compete with hospitals abroad. What causes this to happen is because there is still a lack of readiness for Indonesia to face the era of globalization, especially in the health sector, then the high opportunity costs lost and the existence of a crisis of distrust of the community towards the quality of health services, where the more frequent allegations of malpractice and misdiagnosis by health workers arise. Medical personnel in this country of Indonesia look less competent than foreign medical personnel. While in health services, medical personnel play an important role in patient satisfaction. So my goal of studying in this field is to be able to provide health services to have a balanced life, might be to increase patient confidence, as well as technology and research that might increase the confidence of the Indonesian people in medical personnel. Another reason that encouraged me to want to be a doctor because the best human being is a human being that benefits others. So in the face of this globalization era, I as an Indonesian community will try to balance the progress of other countries, I will also improve the quality of myself, I will also try to filter foreign culture and use more domestic products and try to keep up with technological progress and existing communication.
